Hi, I'm Torild
and I'm thrilled to be here as your guide through the challenges of perimenopause and beyond. As a woman who went into perimenopause totally unprepared and in the midst of a separation, I understand the unique emotional and physical changes that can come with this phase of life.
With many years of experience working in the corporate world, I also know how overwhelming it can be to deal with hot flashes, mood swings and sleep disturbances while juggling the demands of work, family and relationships.
With my background in life coaching, yoga and mindfulness practices, I bring a holistic approach to my work that emphasizes self-care, shift in mindsets and empowerment. Although this is not a yoga course, I will be drawing from my trainings to adapt to this stage – tools and techniques that can be easily implemented both for companies and individuals.
Whether you're an individual looking to prioritize your own wellbeing, or a company looking to support your employees during this phase of life, I'm here to help.

Who do you want to be this time next year?
In the UK the average life expectancy of women is currently 81 years, and the average age to reach menopause is 51. In other words, we could be postmenopausal around ⅓ of our lives.
My wish for you is to live this stage of your life with purpose, joy, hope and excitement.
This eight module course aims to create shifts so that you can (re)discover a version of yourself that experiences less anxiety and mood swings.
You'll learn more about the stages of menopause and become more self-aware.
You'll learn how to handle debilitating signs such as anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, brain fog, lack of sleep and mood swings, so that you move through perimenopause and beyond with a greater sense of CLARITY and a deeper sense of KNOWING of what it is you want from this new stage of your life.
